Simply Watercooler

I know we are constantly being told that we need to drink more water, but so many people are unaware of just how much it break down when the body is dehydrated. Water also helps our digestive system so it also is a big player in how well our bodies function. As I mentioned at the start, water helps with weight loss, now I know this to how I feel now that ism drinking how much water my body actually needs to function properly. The secret to all of this has right amount of water every day is so much better than cosmetics. As the majority of our body is water and our bodily functions rely so c
